Terms of Service

By accessing or using Flywall ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using Flywall on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Flywall is an AI brain product that records your Claude sessions, extracts structured knowledge (decisions, insights, patterns), and makes that knowledge available via a personal brain and a company brain. We offer two integration products:

• Company MCP — an MCP server exposing your company brain to Claude sessions, billed by token usage.
• Slack Integration — a bot that drafts or sends Slack messages using your organization's knowledge.

The Service is currently in private beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change during this period.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@flywall.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account per person. You may not share account credentials or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

You agree not to use Flywall to:

• Record sessions you are not authorized to record
• Capture or store confidential third-party information without appropriate rights
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or billing systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• Transmit malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Some features of Flywall are billed based on usage (e.g., Company MCP charges by token consumption). Pricing details are provided at the time of activation. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You own the content you bring into Flywall — your session data, memory entries, and any material you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you record or promote to your organization's company brain.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described there.

Flywall and its underlying technology remain our property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-extracted memory entries will be accurate or complete.

AI output should be reviewed before acting on it. Flywall is a tool to assist decision-making, not a substitute for professional judgment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flywall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where possible.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your personal data per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
